Am I being a retard but I cannot get my headset to work with MW3. It is paired with the Playstation and is the selected audio device but when playing cod I get nothing? It's a Plantronics Explorer 240 if that's any help

I had this problem with my samsung one. It was another setting somewhere on the ps3 dashboard.
