Yes saw that over at FMUK.

Taken from: http://www.xboxfront.de/news-2206-28636-Forza_Moto...

It comes: First details of the Porsche Durc expansion pack ...
While the Forza Motorsport community currently turning heads on the next open world racer Forza Horizon, may in the near future, apparently, Porsche fans finally breathe again. Having already been seen in the Horizon-trailer vehicles from Zuffenhausen, today we learn early on that soon, a comprehensive Porsche expansion pack for Forza Motorsport released fourth

The expansion will include a whopping 30 models of sports car manufacturer and racing 20 new events, which provide players with an additional 250 Gamerscore points. In addition, the expansion pack to be released Porsche already within the next three months. About the price is yet unknown.

Im really unsure about this. Personally I feel we wont see Porsche until FM5.

Guessing EA finally realised they weren't doing anybody any favours withholding them from Turn10, but I bet that will be used to justify the cost that this will be.

So a proposed 30 Porsche models to be released ?

I hope it doesn't get too "Audi'ish". Alot of the recent models are are simular to the last. Do we really need 2.5 Boxter as well as a Boxter S etc

What we do need are some RSR's biggrin and in no particular order 356, 550, 906/907/908 917 in Rothmans colours. The new 918 and the 928 GTS and the 935's smile . I would also like the 944 Turbo, 924 Carrera GTR, 968 Clubsport and the Cayman.

I'll pass on the Cayenne and the 911 speedster etc etc

I'm not totally convinced either to be honest, it's very unlike EA to do a full U turn with the licensing of anything they own the rights to, that's not to say it won't happen, I'll just be a bit surprised if it does.

It is possible their license time had come to an end. I cant remember what game it was (Think it was another EA title) that intially was missing a car then 6 months later they were allowed to use it.

FM3 had 29 Porshe models so it is highly unlikely that we will see many new models except a new version of the 911.

I'd agree.

Still, it would be good.

997 Turbo S would be awesome and of course the R3 & 2 categories need the GT3's in there.

I'm still a bit surprised but happy to be wrong this time,

I'm looking forward to having another 944 Turbo in the garage and if they see their way to putting in a 928 I'll be even happier.

Most of the cars in FM4 were FM3 models - this is why we could save and import our old paints as l/r/top etc vinyl groups.
It'll be the same with the Porsches- FM3 models plus one or two new that they'd already made for FM4 (remember, the EA shenanigans came pretty much 11th hour, so most of the Porsche content was ready, and then pulled from the commercial release - including Clarkson's autovista voiceovers).
What we'll get is stuff that should have been in the original game were it not for the licencing issue, maybe with the addition of a "new" 911...
I agree, with a poster above, a 928 would be nice...

i predicted this over a week ago!! http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Roughly £15 for the DLC, Turn10 can get fked!! At a push I might consider buying the RS4.0 if its available separate, but i just think the DLCs are overpriced for todays market. There's a recession on FFS!!!

Just thinking of the classics. The 550 was a monster on FM3 due to the AWD conversion....but now that and the 914 should be some serious LB cars but for the proper reasons.

My thoughts exactly, ive spent enough money on the game and car packs so far! Id rather have new new tracks, and would be alot more tempted to part with my money if they were to offer them!

cloud9 Thankyou Dan! Just reminded me, hope they still let you put a Carrera GT V10 engine in the back.. And Stiggy, there had better be a 917!

£15 Quid is a rip off after what we've paid so far, they had left the spaces in the career mode for extra events so what's the betting they had porsche from the beginning.
