I am well familiar with the general idiotic nature of the AI drivers in GT5 (especially the B-spec drivers coming stone last in races I had dominated with exactly the same car) but yesterday I witnessed a whole new level of moronicness. Doing the Indy 500 endurance race in my Polyphony 001, with about 1/4 of the race left to run several of the LMP cars I am racing against begin to run out of fuel and chug round at 30mph or so. However, despite pitting every 1 or 2 laps they never speed up again and are only getting new tyres, judging by how long they spend in the pits. Seriously, though, do the AI not know how to refuel? It got to the point where there were 4 cars doing 30 at any one point on the track, which was ok when they were spread out making a 250mph slalom for me, but at least 5 times I would come round a corner at 220 and find 2 of them side by side on the inner and outer racing lines and no time to brake and duck onto the infield. Cue some big impacts.

I've had GT5 since Christmas. I still don't know what B-Spec is about. Really - I have no idea.

Is there a way to get the X2010 without completing the Vettel challenge? I suck at it because my reactions simply arent quick enough to cope with the braking and turn in so i usually massively undershoot the corner and fail
