Got this yesterday, and I must say, much impressed thumbup
Storyline is more driven than the Sandbox that is Skyrim, but there's still freedom and side-quests promised once the prologue's done - not far in, but very impressed thus-far.
Combat is a little clunky and not quite intuitive initially, but I think it's a grower, and the fist-fighting is cool (semi-scripted, prompted for button presses for hits/counters).
It's a big game, on two disks. Installed disc 1, dunno if I'll be prompted to install disc 2, or I should just bang it in from the dashboard. Apparently there's an issue with texture loading scenery and pop-up when run off cd...
Really impressed so far, it's dark, adult and atmospheric - opening movie promises lots, and so far it's certainly delivering.
Getting eights thru tens on the review sites, and I'd certainly recommend it.

I bought this game because some blurb said it would appeal to players who like Skyrim. My mistake was not checking out if it had a first person view option (it hasn't). Not being very keen on third person games, I gave it a go anyway. I ploughed through the tutorial. None of the button presses to militate all the various items into any form of action felt very intuitive to me. I then spent what seemed like an eternity moving slowly from one cut scene to another with very little interaction other than choosing dialog. By then I was so bored with it I gave up.
All the reviews I've read so far give the game a glowing report. So perhaps I'll give it another go or maybe it will end up on EBay.

I've got my copy loaded up on my 360 now, so I'm looking forward to giving it a go later, after I've finished Mass Effect 3 (just at level 19 multipayer now, almost there!). I preordered it from Amazon so I got a copy signed by one of the developers, nice touch!
