BF3 Xbox PH Server Ban request list

Have noticed a lot of people saying they've been playing on the PH server, and getting TK'd, but nobody is there to ban them.
If this happens note down the name, put it on here and one of the admins will ban them.
Rules are thus:
TKing for vehicles - Instant ban
TKing for being an idiot - instant ban
Attacking/camping at enemy bases - instant ban
Stealing vehicles (usually helis) from enemy bases - instant ban
Being a douche - warning then ban
using frag rounds ALL the time - warning then ban
Always waiting for choppers/planes never doing anything else - warning then ban
There are probably more that I can't think of, I've bolded the most important ones

It is on the PH server. During our long war against the russians/americans, we've found that stealing enemy vehicles greatly unbalances combat, especially since choppers are the only things people steal and choppers are a game changer on some maps.
However, if some idiot lands his chopper to repair and you kill them, it's yours. If you shoot them out of the cockpit and the chopper survives the fall it's yours.
The unbalancing things also stands with when owning all bases, sitting outside the enemy spawn and shooting anything that comes into sight.
We like games to be fun, for both sides (yes even the losers)
This is why we've found we've got a lot of regulars now that aren't PHers

Anyone who would like to become an admin by the way can do so by donating Microsoft points to civpilot to extend the PH server rental, any amount is gratefully received. (Just buy a MS points card and send him the code)
I'll be doing it in a couple of days when I get paid, Spetz will also be doing it, but we can't afford to keep the server going forever just the three of us.

It's not compulsary but we will make a point of limiting the admins down to those who contribute once the time comes. Kinda of a reward I guess, so if you are an admin and want to stay that way you know what to do, sounds harsh I know but we do need to make contributing worthwhile

If we can get enough points together between us then we might try and push for a 90day server this time (we are currently a way away from the required 4k ish points for 90days so every little helps!).I paid on my own last time out so will put a little in again (obviously) but it would be good if a few people chipped in this time, it is afterall meant to be 'our' server.

He firstly was faffing about with vehicles, fired a rocket at our teams heli and fortunetly missed, but then as i got in the tank was dancing around in front of it jumping all over it generally being a tit, so I ran him over!
Then he spawns in on me and destroys my tank....
Bit of a moron to be quite honest. So I ended up getting a bit frustrated with this plague that followed me around.

So frustrating playing on the server with people and not being able to kick them, may have to send some points someones way? who is that...
Can the following players be banned
1. squizl- Team killing and blowing up vehicles so other people could not use them.
2. mp3jkl- Destroying vehicles on the boat on Kharg, not giving people a chance to get off the boat or beach before killing them

Got team killed a few times yesterday, not much fun on the server at the moment.
One guy had laid out some c4 on our deployment and as i spawned het set it off killing a guy so i did a revive on him and was prmoptly shot in the face.
I know sometimes when you are in heat of battle you can accidently teamkill someone but when you are doing it on purpose
to be honest i would be supprised if the guy could see the game screen for the message would be permanently posted on his screen.
Will post up the offenders tag tonight.
