Seems like a good way to waste a few hours!

Almost every unit in RA3 has two modes of attack that you have to switch manually and it is a pain in the arse imo.

Red Alert 2 is better.

Much, especially Yuri's Revenge!

Love 'rubber shoes in motion.'

I found the Yuri faction in Yuri's revenge really irritating, but vanilla RA2 is a great game.

Never bought RA3: was put off by a load of bad reviews on Amazon.

I liked the beefing up of Tanya, the advent of Boris, and the chopper canons.
I can recall playing with modded versions that had all sorts of fun tanks.biggrin

I'm a huge RTS fan but it's a pretty sad state of affairs that you have to go so far back to find a decent RTS game. I know we have SC2 and DoW but we get maybe one decent RTS game every few years now as opposed to the hundres of FPS games released every week. It's crap!

Indeed.
FPS are good, or at least the best ones can be, but the whole plethora of them means there are a load of crappy ones as well.
Are they just trying to keep spotty 14 old oiks with the attention span of an ASBOd ADHDer happy?
