Hi

I am trying to map a shared folder on my file server as a network drive on all my servers, via GPO.

Using drive maps and "create", this works but only on one of my domain controllers and the file server (the server with the local share). This is on the default domain policy.

On my 2nd DC, I get the error below in event logs. Why does it not work on there?

Group Policy object did not apply because it failed with error code '0x8007007b The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.' This error was suppressed.

Sorry I can't help at all, I literally have no idea what you are on about, but you might have more luck in the forum below this one, computer gadgets and stuff.

Saying that I'm sure someone in here will know!

This is actually the wrong section, it was meant to go in the general computers section!
