Crysis 2 XB360: Nanosuit upgrades?

Hi,

cant seem to get the hang of the nanosuit upgrade screen on Crysis 2 (displayed when you press the 'back' button in game)

I keep picking up points from the aliens but when I go into the screen it all seems locked other than Threat Tracer, Armor Enhance and Mobility Enhance that I somehow managed to purchase?
