GTA Vice City - PS3?

Does anyone know if this is happening at all?? I would like to think it is, great game and would be nice to have a blast on it again. Why do I have to wait so long for GTA V..... Urgh

I think PS2 playback was only on all but the very first batch of PS3s, any of the later ones will not be able to play it.

Yeah the original old 60GB did. No I heard they were on about releasing it on to PS3 like they currently do with some of the old PS1 and 2 games, not an updated version.

GTA 3 (Ithink) is available on ps3 .. via playstation store, think it was £6/7??

R* were banging on about it being 10 years old recently and have issued GTA3 on PS store and iOS so Vice City will probably follow.

I'll be honest though, I won't be buying it, it's best to enjoy the memories IMHO, I played San Andreas a few years ago on my 60GB PS3, it looks all a bit rubbish these days.

A proper HD remake would be good, but considering the work involved they might as well just do a nice DLC for V.

Thats a bit of a shame. If i was buying a PS3 it would have been one of the major wants on the console for old games.

Vice City was amazing. Especially the music as far as I can remember!
