Sui Generis on kickstarter

This is nearing the end on kickstarter, not funded yet but pledges are speeding up

I like the clumsy physics based fighting...looks like real knights who have been fighting in armour and are knackerd

Small British company and one bloke programmed the game engine and physics by himself...worth a pledge for that alone in my opinion

What can they do with £150,000? It won't go far when it is split between 5-6 people and a office in London. They might finish off their fancy tech demo but I can't see a game coming out of it as well.

I can only assume that the money is purely to fund the game and not pay their wages/rent etc.. for a year
I've backed it anyway, will see what turns up, I reckon it has the potential to be brilliant

what happens to the money if they dont reach there goal.

as If im correct, the dont get a penny if it doesnt reach there goal.

so does it get refunded to the people who pledge?

they dont take it till the end, so if it doesn't reach the goal you don't pay in the first place, no need for a refund

And if they never deliver you don't get your money back.

Same can be said for any kickstarter, since this one actually showed us something working I'm a bit more confident than some of the others...
to be honest elite dangerous was the big risk for me, the bloke has had about 15 years to make it so far..
not backing anything else now unless its amazing

It does amaze me how many people back stuff for hundreds of pounds..to get the game, a few bits of tat and a t shirt
