Forza Horizon .. Is it worth it?

After a good few months, the time has come to ask ourselves, is it really worth it.
In my opinion, It's a great game, with a very short story line. It feels very arcadey, but I think that's what it was intended for. I am however, disappointed with the lack of cars, and the DLC. I mean, DLC for a new paint job on a raptor? Really guys?
all in all, lovely game, what do you think?

Well that was answered bluntly. I am too still playing 4, but horizon is still appealing.
