RBR - RSBR 2013 released....

New Mod available for Richard Burns Rally - from the french team that brought us RSRBR 2012, who have imaginatively entitled the new mod "RSRBR 2013" (!)

The forum is in french, but pretty easy to navigate and there are some translations to EN there as well....

Oodles of cars and tracks as well as fixes and mods that make RBR run sweet.

I am using a multi monitor setup and it looks really good and runs like a dream - and the physics are the best out there for a rally game.....

I did a completely fresh install of RBR first, set up a profile called "MULLIGATAWNY", which unlocks all cars etc. Suggest you do this BEFORE you install the mod...

You can get the files from the forum linky below...

And you need:-

RBR installed and patched to 1.02
Install_RSRBR_v2013 (448 mb)
2 patches - 3 mb a go
Install_Pack_ALL_Packs_2013 (933 mb)
Install_Pack_Tracks_v2013 (1 mb)
4 bin files for the tracks (around 950mb each)

I used the torrent links and got the above in no time.

Thanks for sharing Nosh, do enjoy a thrash on RBR now and again. Amazing how no one has managed to come anywhere near given how old RBR is, love the feeling of the car sliding about and the FFB from all the ruts/potholes. Great game

I love RBR - I got WRC3 recently and although it needed patching to death to get it running on triple screens, it is no RBR.

And yes - RBR is an old game but it is still king of the rally games.

WRC3 is ok - for fun - and when you have been drinking...

....RBR is only for sober driving!!
