Lord of the rings battle for middle earth 2

Hiya guys,
I couldn't search as I'm on my phone,
I had quite a shock last night.
Was given this game by my dad to either sell or keep as he didn't like it, put it on fleabay thinking I'd get a fiver for it...
After four hours it was up to 20 quid, what's the deal with this game? As far as I can see its going for big bucks!!
Can anyone explain?
I'm not complaining as with a bit extra I can now buy forza horizon, just curious,

It's only one of the best videogames ever to use the lord of the rings as it's background...

Definitely the best RTS based on it.
