Anyone here big RTS players? Really looking forward to this, I used to play SC competitive but kind of lost my edge by the time SC2 came out, still play a few online games but really enjoy following the storylines.
They do know how to make fairly decent cinematics anyway.

I grew up on the Warcraft, AOE and C&C RTS games as well as loved the Total War series up to Rome. CoH was the only time I have played multiplayer and loved it.

I love my RTS games but am a bit of a tard. The maps are quite simple with capture points everywhere and choke points. When I used to play AOE multiplayer it was just too big and open so this is right up my idiotic alley. I doubt the gameplay could match SC2

HotS is fantastic!
First playthrough on Hard difficulty and it's challenging enough. First few missions play like DOTA with you getting used to Kerrigans special abilities. First few army based missions are straight forward with some fantastic set pieces.
Loving it so far.

It's steamed on twitch.tv pretty much constantly with it being an esport, so have a look and decide if its for you. Also Totalbiscuit's SC2 chan on the youtubes is worth a gander.
