Runescape - gone back to 2007!

Apparently the classic (addictive, better version) mode has made a return, and membership is free for 6 months!

I used to sadly be addicted to this game, so will have a blast later and let you all know.

I've re-subbed after about 6 years. I actually started playing in 2001, and I can advertise my sadness by wearing a "10 year" cape. I was wondering if anybody on here played. It has improved marginally..

It was good back in the day, they messed it up big time though.

Not something I would go back to now though, I'm waiting on Elder scrolls online and Destiny!

I played this for years, nearly maxxed out all my skills and was a 10yr+ Vet.

I managed to quit my addiction in October 2012 - I'm 6 months clean

Quit the game with the launch of evolution of combat and now I've left, I won't be going back, but I strangely keep my account active by logging in every so often.

It's still got you. Only way out is giving me all your stuff.

It appears my account no longer exists. I spent so much time on that game in my early teens.

There are two different servers now - all old accounts will be on the Runescape 3 server whereas accounts on the old school server have to start again.

Just saw this has reverted back to OSRS a few days ago. I used to love this game while I was at secondary school.
