computer game cars - 3d printing?

on Sega GT2002 there's a car been drawn by "someone" - can this 3d model be "printed" on one of those newfangled 3d printers?

if so, can you muck about with the print size?

what's the max print size?

anyone got a printer and want to do it for me (discuss payment )

but i was thinking a bit more domestic scale printing!
