Last night I bought an expansion pack in the sale from Origin,a download direct from them rather than from a 3rd party. But I actually wanted a different one, like an idiot I cicked on the wrong one. I got Battlefield 3:Close quarters,I wanted BF3:Aftermath. I already have BF3:CQ(got it 2 weeks ago, before the sale-sods law)

SO I go to their website & it says that I can get a refund in a 14 day cooling down period,it says this:"visit support.ea.com, log in to the Account used for your purchase and open the "Email Us" tab on the left hand side of the screen. Complete the information in the "Email Us" tab and, if possible, attach a copy of your purchase .confirmation email using the "Attach Files" feature"
But that takes me here: https://help.ea.com/,and guess what,no email option(probably because of the Sim City clusterfk)
So, is there anyone out there who might have a support email address, like they demand, so I can see about getting a refund.I tried live chat but there is an hour wait, and i want something in writing in case they say 2 weeks later Im out of time.

Mods:This is a games question I feel more than a PC question,as the gamer types will be here, but please move if need be

i thinik a Live chat might be the best option. once they see that you already had it it shouldn;t be a problem.
