Forza 4 F class endurance night! With prize money

Hi all,
those of you who have joined me in public F class lobbies or have raced F class in a PH lobby know how amazingly close the racing is!

So, I propose a night (date tbc) which will feature:

10,000,000 credits in prizes!

Qualifying session (ghosted) to decide grid positions for race 1.

Race 1) a race lasting approx 40mins which will include 2 or 3 mandatory pitstops which MUST be taken within a set pit window.

Race 2) a reverse grid race lasting around 20mins with 2 mandatory pitstops to be taken within a specified pit window.

RULES

CLEAN RACING AT ALL TIMES PLEASE

NO CHEVY SPARKS

PI limit will be F200

100hp limit

Cars will be FF front wheel drive

Storefront tunes are allowed

All assists allowed

All cars must be painted

Anyone interested in taking part should post their gamertag on this thread or contact me, EVILHOMER40 via xboxlive.


I'll wait and see how many people are interested before i set a date. I'll then post the race schedule here with details of which tracks, how many laps and pitstop windows so people can get some practice and testing in before race night!

But 5 will get you 20 that SWMBO will moan about me being on, or distract me again(even where there is money at stake )

I'll have to put you on the reserve list then mate, sorry Andy. I've got much interest from racers who can definitely attend so I'll have to prioritize them first as I really want a full lobby for this.

I do a series that runs a reverse grid 2nd race and it works really well but you're more than welcome Kodiak :-D

Am a reading correctly in that we are allowed one of our 'tweaked' career cars as long as it is all liveried up and doesn't go over 200 rating?

I'm not much of a tuner mind....

Pretty much, though i expect this race to be dominated by 107s, C1s and Aygos. I'm looking at offering a bonus prize to the highest finishing non 107, C1 or Aygo racer.

Based on the laps and tunes tried so far the alternatives to the trio are the Ford Ka and Nissan Micra. Due to the weight they're around 0.7 secs a lap slower than the 107 etc.

It'll be a challenge as I'm also not much of a tuner........
