The wiki says it's out in EU on 18th May (yesterday) but mines is still in 1.08

You getting killed with invisible spells in PVP ?

If you just want to play single player, you can play offline and the flickering goes away.

I'm surprised they are still patching this one, saying as development for the new one seems to be in full swing (it may even be post production now, I suspect it is probably in certification).

I've read the wiki. Historically it always seems that EU waits 10 days after release in JP. Offline does solve the issues but its not the same game (IMO).

2 looks pukka - I'm glad it still looks like a hard game and not softened up due to its increased popularity.

I think it's one of the best games this generation.

The controls and combat are incredibly tight and precise which is a good thing as it's really hard. Don't take any enemies for granted, even the most basic of enemies when you first start off will kill you in a few hits.

I Agree with the above. I played Demon's Souls before Dark Souls and both equally as good. Brilliantly made and immensely fun. Brutal at times but mostly down to not having my shield up haha.
