Yes - quite sure as I'm in the process of downloading it!

If you do it on the web I think you have to 'buy with MS points'. On the console, it's simply listed as 'Free'.

Big download though - 5.61Gb!

I get status code 80162713, guess it is due to mass downloading?

USA will have woken up - so I expect servers are groaning. I managed to complete the download beforehand thankfully. Quick playtest showed it to be the real deal.

Happy to help fellow PHers smile

Me to.
It seems to default to "pay by paypal" which causes the error code (which isn't on their errorhelp site, usefully).
However, if you press "x" to "pay by microsoft points", it works smile

Thats a hell of an offer. I'd be suprised if all the games are as top notch as Fable, but even so.
I read elsewhere Assassins Creed 2 and Halo 3 will also be offered. But it also said the free games offers will only be till Xbox One release (Nov).

I presume this is Gold only, as it's still showing a price on Silver?
