Sir, you are being hunted
Discussion
Backed this on kickstarter and the alpha has just arrived in my inbox
First person stealth/survival game set in a nighmarish rural english landscape where aristocratic robots hunt people for sport.
Seems like fun so far, the world is randomly generated each time you play, so no learning where the good stuff is
Single player only for now, but I think co op is planned if I remember rightly.
Weapons and ammo are rare and you are weak, so it has a real feeling of being the prey rather than the hunter.

My only issue with these early access alphas is that you might get to the point where you've had enough of the game before they've even finished making it..
I've put the arma 3 beta to bed for that reason, and I might do the same with this, fun as it is, come back to it when it's feature complete.

The Arma 3 Alpha with the full Altis map is a very different proposition now. I too had become very bored of A3 Beta as it had little scope and seemed very restricted. I also felt that there was no sense of the map being 'real' - that has changed dramatically with Altis - give it another try.I've put the arma 3 beta to bed for that reason, and I might do the same with this, fun as it is, come back to it when it's feature complete.
Sorry for the O/T.
I bought this earlier today and I'm quite enjoying what I've seen of it so far. It's certainly a tense game; I've yet to find a weapon so I've been doing a lot of skulking and fleeing so far. The scarecrows are quite irritating and scared the hell out of me at first!
I agree that sometimes these early access games can backfire in that by the time the full game is released you've played it enough to be bored with it - I know I've lost interest with Xenonauts and Prison Architect so far. I bought ARMA 3 the other day and was quite miffed to see that there's no actual campaign to it, turns out that's due out soon as DLC. Fair enough its going to be free, but they're selling a game in the shops that has a handful of "Showcases" and the full editor and thats it.
