PS4 Toys r us debacle

Hello all

pre-ordered a PS4 from toys r us back in June this year. We have now moved house and we apparently can't change the billing or the delivery address!

Anyone got any suggestions? would be really annoying to have to cancel and not receive it before Christmas as it's a gift for someone!
