GTA 5 Crashes on BOTH our xboxes???

We have an old xbox (with the detachable HD) and a newer one with 250GB built in (the sort of squashed shaped one)

Kids GTA freezes up on both - either during install, loading up or game play......every other game plays fine.

Any solution? We've tried the usual delete/re-install delete cache, etc
