GTA problem...

sorry guys, ive got a problem in story mode.

i'm not getting the icon for the second heist. i have done everything up to the point of doing the heist.

got the submarine

got the cargobob

and have now spent the past 4 days driving around completing side missions in the hope that the "H" will appear. all 3 characters are now out of missions, i have re-played the cargobob and sub missions and this has not unlocked the heist.

i'm sure i have not missed anything, so now i'm stuck!

before i start again, i wondered f anyone else had any thoughts.

Check to see if any of the character's home's are lit up. Green F for Franklin, blue M for Michael etc. If they are, that's where you need to go.

Or if the FIB (FBI) stations are lit up.

the "B" is lit up in the hills in blue. when michael goes up there to the observatory there is nothing there.

I had that 'problem' - it needs to be during the day and IIRC he's around the back, on the bottom floor.

But yes, that's where you need to go.

You have got a getaway car hidden ready don't you? And called leister with its position?

You need to go back to Trevor's safe house and pick your choice of mission (stealthy or attack) and then you can start the mission.

it is the merryweather heist. i actually went and bought the guide last night (sorry)

and according to that, i should be able to meet everyone at lloyds apt and go from there. if i go to the apt now, the plans are on the wall which i can view. all of the to-do items are ticked.

i should be good to go!

think i'll just start again. it wont take long.

If the 'B' is there for michael then do that. Make sure you do every main thing you can, it will unlock and happen dont worry. I have been greatly frustrated at times waiting for something to happen only to receive a phone call/text or e-mail which gives me something to go on.

From what i can remember, the guy is there on the top level during the day. Took me ages to find a way up as the stairwells were all blocked off, if you can grab a heli and land on the roof as it'll be easier!
