Which wireless headset

As per title...

Quite fancy getting a decent gaming headset (wireless is a must). At the moment it would only be for the 360, but chances are I will be getting a Xbone once some decent games start coming out for it that aren't on 360.

Turtle beach seem to get pretty good reviews, but some of their stuff is eye wateringly expensive - £100 is probably about right for my budget.

I know pretty much any headphones will be a huge improvement, but what's the best bang for your buck?

I'm not so sure they will necessarily work with both the 360 and the One.

This worries me slightly - seen a few pairs come up on the black Friday Amazon thing (which prompted the whole idea) that say they are for 360 - I assumed that they would just be a USB interface that works with the One too?
