XBox One 3rd party headsets

I'm assuming they will all be just a wire to the controller and thats it, so to all intents and purposes, wireless?

Impulse bought the TurtleBeach XO7. Over priced, but I do like it and it's a big step up having never played with anything other than tv speakers before. Very comfortable and very good sound. I'd be interested to see what the XO4 is like to see how the 7 justifies the price hike.

I use Turtle beaches, for sound quality its amazing, i can hear behind me, beside me etc, they are really good, I have wired ones and altough the wires can get in the way /tangled from time to time thay are amazing for sound and chat purposes.

Im looking upgrading to some wireless titans tho...

Got the TB XO4

As with what seems like all brands of XBox One headsets at the moment, the audio is clipping quite a lot - apparently all down to the current (recently updated) controller firmware

When it works, it's great, but for £80 I don't expect to get something that only works properly when it feels like it!



Have to say, my previous X12's are still fine on the 360, and actually a lot better made - so I'm guessing a lot of the money for the X04's goes on license

I want them to bring out the X12's but for Xbox One. Mine lasted 2 years until I sold them with the 360.. which I already regret selling.

Adapter is out should be in all retailers. (game/argos/amazon/asda etc...)
