Infamous - Second Son

Absolutely loving it so far. I won't post any spoilers but it's great fun if you like those open world, run around and blow stuff up type games (think Crackdown on the X360)
Plus the fact you can play in good or evil mode means I'll play it over again when I'm done, next time as an evil guy. Love the fact that the powers change depending on your alignment
Looks great and runs butter smooth, a real next-gen title for me

This is a great fun game and a decent improvement over the first inFamous. I never got round to the sequel. Delsin is a far more enjoyable protagonist than Cole and his powers far more satisfying to use. Still feels like a PS3.5 game rather than a true next gen one thanks to some floaty animation and slightly twitchy controls but a welcome addition to the collection. Far more than MGS5 Ground Zeroes which is stupidly overpriced for what you get!
Bloody good game. first title I've picked up on the Ps4 and love it.
Been through it on good karma and done all the side missions. Does get a bit repetitive doing the side missions etc but it's got a decent amount of depth. Wish there was a multiplayer though.
Just started an evil play through, not being able to skip cutscenes is a tad annoying.
Overall, gorgeous game to look at, and not many other than GTA capture my attention for this long in terms of open world games.

Just ran through it on expert, no side missions or anything. Didn't take long, bit surprised how easy everything was tbh.
The boss at the very end can be ridiculously easy if you don't feel like fighting.
Tried the paper trail missions but it said something about not being able to connect.

You need to go to he website and set up an account through an internet browser (I use my iPad). The general order of events is:-The boss at the very end can be ridiculously easy if you don't feel like fighting.

1. Do,the mission in the game. Take some pictures. Pick up some evidence.
2. Go to the website and analyse the pictures/evidence. Sometimes it results in you having to go to other websites and hack user accounts and stuff. This then give a you further info.
3. See step 1.
It's pretty nicely done.
Have now finished the game, and to be honest, while it was very impressive to start with and I collected all the collectible and did all the side missions etc, I just wanted to get it finished so I didn't have to play it anymore.
Strange really, the graphics were fantastic, gameplay very fast and smooth, but I just found that the actual game itself didn't quite grab me. It started off well, but soon became very repetitive, and I felt no attachment to the story or characters, So I'm glad it's over, and I'll be trading it in as soon as Watchdogs is out.
