I was stung too much by how much I hated Grid 2 to have much trust, but we'll see how it unfolds. I do like how they're going back more to the first game's style of career admittedly.

Have to agree with Andurron here, GRID 2 was hateful, the career mode was exceptionally bad and the gameplay far too arcadey.

More NfS than anything else.

Whatever sells...

Loved the first, despised the second hoping for a good third!

Looks interesting to say the least. If its not too arcadey like the other Grid games I might give this a go.

There is also a new Dirt in development which is meant to go back towards the games rally roots, which I am looking forward to seeing smile

It better! All they "HEY DUDE! WHOA YEAH!" Gymkhana crap ruined the later games.

I loved the first versions of GRID and TOCA then they ruined them, hopefully as someone said, they will go back to their "roots"

They need to make a btcc game standalone. Call it BTCC Generations or something and have everything from minis through to supertouring era and onwards to modern... People WILL buy it.

Games development is too expensive to make territory appeal games for small nations these days which is a great shame. Games like TOCA would just not generate enough income in the UK to cover it's development costs.

Anyhoo, this game looks quite good!

I had a sneaky play at PHHQ and it seems really good.

Can we expect a PH review as there seems to be some tie up with sister publication Autosport?

Hearing really good things about this, apparently it's really very good and much much improved over Grid 2.

This may the the first full price game I pick up in years. It looks to be a great pure racing game. I have sims for the pc but I love a proper racing game, I don't mind if the handling isn't completely accurate, I just want to be able to play the game for half and hour to an hour at a time and have fun.

I also read something where they talked about add ons. They were being pretty cagey but they mentioned both car and track dlc in specific packs. I'm still wondering if there may be a btcc surprise somewhere in the horizon with some btcc cars and maybe a couple more of british tracks in a dlc.

After watching the IGN video review I'll pass on this one.

No pits and TERRIBLE in car views are enough to keep my £35 in the bank.

I think it looks fantastic. The only bummer is no pits, but otherwise it looks like a return to form. I'll be picking it up in a month or so when it's £20.
