If it isn't under Honda, try Acura (as suggested) or DLC...

The car is in the base game and it's listed under Honda. If you can't see it there it may be in the suggested cars at the start of the buy cars screen.

It will be listed as a Honda S2000 CR.

All S2000s were sold with a Honda badge.
