I have the original abes oddysee on my psn account, I'm a big fan the original anyone know if the new remake is work a punt. Anyone tried?

Both me and the missus were big fans of the original, but don't have a PS4, so we're waiting for a pc/xbox release.

The original was one of the most brilliant games, Abe's Exodus wasn't bad either. It seems like its identical to the original, just with modern day graphics (from what i understand). Worth getting if only for nostalgia sake

I read a review that has said in a nutshell, if you like the original you will love this. Not tried it myself though

Got this on the off chance it'd be as good as the original... Just lost a few hours purely making able fart... I've missed such a simple yet effective game! Now all I need is a gran turismo!

Just bought it today!

I'd prefer it to have the same controls as the original but will get used to it eventually - I keep dropping grenades at my feet rather than aiming them first!

Also would prefer to control him with the D-Pad as it's more precise (one of the comments in a review I read said the same thing)

Anyway great graphics and like another poster said worth having for nostalgia alone!

PS: Is there no longer a "Work" command for the other Mudokons to pull levers for you?!

Finally shelled or as it's on offer, much different from the original than I expected. I think I'll enjoy it :-)
