You used to be able to call a Mugger which would go to the tank and car jack it leaving the owner on his arse while the mugger drives off in the tank, not sure if this still works.
You could also snipe the driver in the head but this may have been patched now?
How about an airstrike?
I know you can just load a car up with loads of sticky bombs and run head long into a tank which does a fair bit of damage, Jihad style

Really, thats interesting because i have now sussed out a way to get into the airbase and steal a jet They'll destroy pretty much anything.
Normally works 8 out of 10 times and i had just been using missiles on stuff so i will try the machine cannons next
Martin, i'm liking the multiple sticky bombs on a car approach
I used to just keep driving my most expensive cars into them, costs them a small fortune and gets them kicked from accessing that particular session for an hour (after quite a few cars destroyed so get a friend to help). Don't know if this will work with the new mental state system though (insurance cost for them destroying your car still works). Other than that yeah get a jet and chase them until they rage quit.

Ha, ha i like the car insurance scheme Noticed in the last couple of nights some players on foot, in cars, or anywhere for that matter now seem indestructible???
I've gone into passive mode as it was really bugging me and just followed them around to see what they are doing. I've seen them being attacked by up to 10 players at once, aswell as huge amounts of cops on foot and in helicopters but no amount of bullets seems to nail them. Vehicles get blown up next to them, everything else in range is wiped out yet that survive. Even mercenaries are no good, hmmmmm odd that???
One guy took me out 15 times in this manner, so after i went passive i just got in a car and kept running them over, certainly doesn't kill them but it annoyed this idiot alot

Last night was in a room with a fellow PH'er and we had no chance. Checked out the cheats tags, and they all appeared to be Mexicans so guessing there part of a big drugs cartel, GTA must be their busmans holiday You're right though its bloody annoying. I'm not the best at the game, rank 50 today so a good player is going to normally be able to take me out, but i prefer it if they at least play fair
Be nice to find a way to slot the cheats.

Just report them in game as using exploits, that's all i do! and we had no chance.
