Why does bf4 not save on campaign?

As the title suggests really. Downloaded bf4 on xbox one, did some missions last night and had to start from the beginning today...... So frustrating!! Anyone got any ideas?

It's an old and infamous glitch that some people - myself included - still suffer from despite numerous attempts to patch it. I never got beyond the third mission of the game, and I've owned it since release!

Strange....i've had the game about 3 weeks and finished the campaign without any save issues?

Same issue here. Complete the campaign and within a few days it's lost it all! Very annoying esp when trying to unlock everything.

Also had it, just this week, were it looses your multiplayer setting! Stats are ok but all vehicle settings gone. Also I get the hints boxes coming up quote frequently. It's not like I don't know how to turn on and off a laser sight!
