Lazy Developers....???
Discussion
I was browsing through the online D/loads last week and saw WRC4 for like £10 so I thought, WRC3 was quite good i'll bag this as its going cheap.
I'm amazed that WRC4 is basically the same game as WRC3 but with less in it.
The co-pilot pace note comments are the same voice and mannerisms as WRC3, not refreshed.
The courses are almost EXACTLY the same as WRC3, the same bits of course crop up over and over again on different stages.
There are no stadium stages - this was a cool part of WRC3.
Online is a little better than WRC3 but not by much....
Just smacks of lazy developing - I know it was only a tenner but still....
any other examples?

FIFA 15 doesn't look much different to 14, players are updated as are a few graphics, but it really does play differently. In terms of the football playing, it's much better, but the rest of the stuff (transfers etc) is pretty much the same.
My brother in law recently got NHL15 and said that it feels like a demo, there is so little in it compared to earlier versions that it feels like only part of a game. I haven't played NHL since about 2000, so no idea what it's been like.
