xbox live account vs microsoft account

Finally got the Xmas Xbox One up and running.
Using the same microsoft live account I use for Office 365 as that seemed the easiest thing to do.
Is there any issue with sharing a "work" MS account with the Xbox account ? There doesn't seem to be much crossover, but I probably don't want the family deleting stuff from OneDrive if that is possible.
