Xbox One GTA V Online

Had a quick look but couldn't find an Xbone GTA V thread and as the heists are finally upon us I thought I'd start one. How many are playing GTA V on the One? I only bought it the other day and am playing through the story again but in first person mode .

I'm on the XBone. Having no success with heists, usually end up in a holding screen with two other people waiting for a 4th volunteer that never arrives.

I don't think there were ever many Xbox One players. I thought about downloading it when it popped up on Gamepass but I already have a long running account on PS4 and realised it's a bit daft to start over just because it's there .

Think I played GTA V online once, I was rocking a pistol and came across a guy with what looked like an Apache helicopter, complete with missiles and machine guns, he took a liking to me. So I switched it off and never bothered again! Pay to win? What's the point?

I tried the once and found it full of people camping just to kill new players. Seemed pointless so didn’t bother again.

Been playing this weekend, only been killed / targeted once, killed a few other players who have killed me back, etc.

Great fun, great game, so much to do.

I play it every now and again. Been religiously trying to hold on to the 7 million credits I've earned over the years. The new stuff is so bloody expensive I have to be careful in case there is something I want. I recently bought the DeLoreon and that was money well spent.


Been playing the new heist and while its fun its rather disappointing how much of a restriction there is on the amount of money you can get. I played it with one other mate, who had spent a million setting it up, when we finally got the cash we could only get half a million in the time allowed. I understand there are ways you can get more but it still seemed rather restrictive. I did the doomsday heist with a random other person and ended up with 300k.

Yeah I'm trying to build my xbox account up had is on ps3 back in the day and was apart of the pistonheads vbrj crew. Tough grinding and doing heists with stupid people that dont think lol
