I've just been playing this 3D platformer and it's making my stomach churn, it really feels like you are jumping and it makes me feel a bit ill. I reckon with a VR helmet I'd had have a heart attack !

The video seems ok. (Viewing on a 23" monitor.)

It's quite good, but every jump and my heart goes in my mouth.

biggrin Do you have a problem with heights? I do but I think it was fine because it appeared that the jumper has control eg a jetpack or something so he wouldn't just plummet to his death. Maybe.

The graphics is nice.

Oddly, yes and no. I'm fine up buildings where there is clearly no way you can fall off (so I've been up The Shard and the Sears Tower and had no problems at all). But I remember going up the ramparts on Warwick Castle and feeling very unhappy and wanting to come down on the hurry up. That's because there was nothing to stop you falling over the edge. And this game is just the same - one wrong jump and you fall miles.

Sounds like you've got a bit of motion sickness or 'simulation sickness'. It tends to be more prevalent with FPS, especially those that have the vertical 'bob' movement on walking/running.

I can't watch my OH play COD for more than a few seconds at a time without feeling queasy. There's some awesome games I've just had to stop playing because of it.

Get the ol' heart lurch when falling long distances in Borderlands 2 and the prequel. Yes I do suffer a bit of vertigo (hasn't stopped me absailing down buildings in the past but certainly adds a little spice) .
Probably will give this game a go (next steam sale time) but might need to take frequent breaks smile
