iPad integration

I seem to remember that the upcoming The Division will allow some play from an iPad, and I have some software (Omnispehere) that allows control from one.

Looking at Fallout 4 got me thinking - wouldn't it be a good idea if the Pip-Boy could be controlled from an iPad rather than having to bring it up in-game. Anyone else think this is a good idea or a complete non-starter?
