Help problem installing X Box One Game

Eight year son got new X-Box one Halo edition. Rather that disc game was voucher code. Redeemed Code no problem, but can't find game. Automatic setting on but no sign of game downloaded.

Tried manual installation following Microsoft Instruments ....
Home / My games and apps / scroll right to Ready to Install.

However after lots of scrolling no "Ready to Install" option.

I had this problem with fallout 3. What I did was search for the game in the game section, then clicked onto it, and instead of the price and the option to purchase it just had an install button.

Thanks for reply, think our problem is that the code we put in from the receipt
Is just an activation code. The code we need is the game code which comes on a card that comes within the packaging, there's no sign of this card. Wife currently on phone to GAME after talking to Microsoft.

Sorted, new card from GAME and all OK. GAME do appear to have a very good approach to customers, great service.
