PSN Account Problem PS4

Ok so I have two PSN Network accounts on my PS4, I created another after forgetting the email address for the original last year. So trying to now sort it out as it is the master account on this console and if I were to sell it or pass it on to the wife's younger brother I can't as it cannot be restored to factory state.

I really cannot for the life of me remember the email address for the account and obviously that is a big problem as I need it to rest the password. What can I do, is it possible to email or call Sony and somehow send them copies of ID so I an find out the email adress linked to the account and sort it out? What are my options?
