Xenoblade Chronicles X

Anybody else playing this? GF bought me a Wii U for xmas specifically cos I've been dying to play it.

I had the original on the Wii and it was a cracking JRPG (which incidentally is now worth north of £50 second hand, sealed copies sell for a fortune).

I've put about 48 hours into it sofar, and can easily see another 50 or so disappearing...beautiful to look at and the battle system is a lot of fun, one of the best JRPGs i've ever played.

I bought the first one of part of this (the wii version) for the wii u over the weekend. I haven't really played it much yet but there seems to be a lot to get to grasp with. Also I keep losing battles to enemies that are my own level. Any tips as I've heard good things about it and would like to get into it...

I have the wii u and read some great reviews on this game.

I thought I'd venture out of my normal gaming comfort zone and bought this just after Christmas. Played it for about 2 hours then traded it in the next day.

Okay to look at but honestly - it was like playing a spreadsheet. No idea what I ws doing and the much-vaunted scale of the world is dimished when your character can run across it so quickly.

I don't have the time to invest in something like this. I'm sure it's great but really not my cup of tea.
