People who switched XB1 to PS4

Contemplating switching to PS4 when all the new releases start coming out.
Anybody who played all the current games then switched noticed any massive difference? Better graphics card and resolution and all that!
The main reason is that the XB1 controller seems to cramp up my hands alot though, had no problems with the 360 and preferred it than PS controller but they have done something to it which my hands don't like!!
I've not actually played a PS4 yet so It could be even worse though.
