Manhunt is back!

In case you missed it - the classic PS2 game of creeping around in shadows and then brutally executing homicidal maniacs with plastic bags, that caused much frothing at the Daily Mail, is now available for download on Ps4 for only 11 quid. Complete with widescreen 1080 gfx upgrade. I absolutely loved this when it came out - one of the first really "adult" video games and with Brian Cox doing VO as the snuff movie director. One annoyance - the control mapping to the sticks feels really odd if you're used to how sticks work in 2016 , but still a great buy for nostalgias sake, or if you never experience "Grand Theft Auto - the snuff movie" the first time round

Thanks for the heads up. I remember playing the sequel on my friends game cube back in my uni days. Great fun.

This and uncharted 4 seems like good reason to get a PS4.

Manhunt is one of the all time greats. I'm not sure Uncharted 4 will be up to much, only Uncharted 2 is really worth playing put of the previous games.

Shocking how old it feels when you switch to it from playing something like The Division. In some ways it's ancient graphics and creaking controls do rather spoil the nostalgia!!

This was one of the games I mentioned in the 'Games you are desperate for' Thread...a remake would be pefect, but this will do nicely!

After some play through, unfortunately the controls haven't crossed over to the PS4 very well at all...which kind of ruin the feel. It is still as dark and atmospheric as before but the switch imo has not worked.
