PS4 PSN Master Account Help!

So I'm in a bit of a pickle, somehow long ago I forgot all my details for my PSN master account on my PS4 not too bothered at the time I just created another account and added it in. I now want to factory reset my PS4 to clear all the junk off it and start again and also to be able to use the full features of it.
I've contacted Playstation and they were useless, does anyone have any other idea's? I'm so annoyed with myself as I can't for the life of me remember the email account I had or even the username or anything.

Is it an email address you may still be using or have access to?
If so, might be able to search email either for PSN, PlayStation, SEN, there's probably some other reasonably generic terms.
Other options could be if you ever linked with a 3rd party publisher account, such as EA/Origin, Uplay, Square Enix, codemasters, and some others that I can't recall. You might be able to find more information about the PSN account by looking up these account details, probably used the same account email and should let you know your PSN account somewhere as well.
Sony should rightfully not be any help with such vague details. Data protection and all that jazz. Few years back, people were social engineering MS support and compromising accounts using some generic stories and vague account infformation. (mainly being done for FIFA ultimate team stuff).

I think I've narrowed down the email address. Problem is now that I don't know the password for this email. It's also linked to an old mobile phone number so I cannot retrieve a new password via that option and the only other way is a back up email address linkled to that account which is years old and I don't remember that. What a mess.
