i have to say i'm not liking the new colour scheme - looks too mobile gamey for my liking.

Yea it's a shame about those visuals, I wonder if it's to make it easier to port to every device possible.

Many people said the same thing about Civ5, but it came out better than the 4th. Civilization isn't about graphics anyway. I just hope it will be difficult enough.

I've played all versions of the game, from the very first on an Amiga, but I just could not get into Civ 4 or 5 at all.

I thought they were terrible and this one looks like more of the same.

Perhaps you should have played a bit more? I too started with the very first Civ, and only 4th and 5th got under my skin since.

Looks like Clash of Clans

Hopefully mods through Steam will put it back to Civ 5 visuals.

Looking forward to this though, put many hours into 5 (which is still perfectly playable IMO)
