PS4 - poor connection to servers

How do I improve this? The PS4 is claiming 18mbps download speed but I find whenever I play Battlefront I get a "bad connection" to server..

What type of NAT configuration do you have?

Are you using wifi? How far from your router is your PS4?

Remember that ping is much more important than outright download speed for gaming.

The NAT is the normal one?

The PS4 is the other side of a wall to the router. Gets about 90% connection though on the "view internet" page.
