Anyone playing this on pc , just found it as a free to play , flying and tanks , really quite good...

I think there was a thread on this but it died a while back which surprised me as its a pretty polished game. I have tier 2/3 Russian tanks and tier 4 British planes.
The main drag is the amount of grind needed to upgrade - though of course you can buy your way upward more quickly!
Be wary about aimbots which can be rented by users and Gaijin have basically washed thier hands of this. Would be a real shame if that problem grew.

Public service announcement - if anyone is thinking that the War Thunder naval battles look fun, they aren't!
You get 5 minutes of fun gameplay where it's boats vs boats spraying machine gun fire in the general direction of enemy boats, then people spawn in planes and just destroy all the boats without much bother.
If they take planes out it will be fun, but until then don't bother.

Having played rather a lot of War Thunder I was looking forward to these. They're a bit naff. Arcade Battles are a fast paced mess, and as added above planes make it a bit unbalanced. Haven't tried Realistic Naval Battles, just stuck to ground and air forces.

Downloaded this on Xbox, and soon realised I’m terrible at the flying!
