Hi, I've been looking at the E3 coverage of AC and was wondering what people's thoughts were, I don't know anything about it but there's some good things said about it. I think it's out next month, and is looking pretty good

It's a rocking game on PC, well actually not much of a game as such, no real career just a variety of challenges. Brilliant driving sim though. As I don't own a PS4 or XBone and probably not getting one any time soon, not me. If it's as good as the PC version and you love Gran Turismo/Forza and other driving franchises you will love it. Just be prepared to adjust to a more realistic driving style.

I did like forza but have gone off it, I do like project cars, I'm not that bothered about the amount of cars and I don't like the tuning, I wish the lazy garage staff would sort that out for me. Lol . I was going to get the F1 game when it comes out but might have a look at this instead

I'm playing more Project Cars for the career, the AI is pretty good if you treat them like real people. They have a tendency to dive down the inside and if it rains it's like their tyres suddenly morph into wet ones but otherwise it's really good.

Sadly AC is more of a driving simulator for hot lapping.

If you're into driving games get them all. I wouldn't wait for PCars 2, I'm not even sure what the release date is for that. Expect it will be heavily VR focused as well.

I will check out the latest version of the alpha/beta tonight and see what state it's in. Last time I tried it out it was a long way from finished, but slightly mad made surprising progress on the first one at times.
