Finding PS3 games on PS4

I downloaded Journey today from PS Plus on the store. In the new v4.0 software, there's a box on the Journey page with similar games I might like, it had Flower, which I had as a PS3 game, so I could download that for free because I had it before. From the Flower page it listed Flow, same again, download for free as i had it on PS3.

So, in the PS4 system, or the store website, is there an easier way of finding my PS3 game history and re downloading any other games I had that are now PS4 games? I can't remember every game to see if it's there on PS4, and I can't see a way of finding them.

PS Now is pretty decent. Currently using the 7 day trial at the moment and played a handful of games already (Golden axe and Last of us to name a few)

It's £12.99 a month but seems pretty decent so far for what you get games wise.
