Infinity: Battlescape

Can't find a thread on this already so thought I'd start. Been following this for a while, looks great - massive procedurally generated universe etc. Yes we all know about No Man's Sky but Elite does this too and that's much better.

Anyone played any of the early tech demos etc.?

I can't speak for others, but amongst my circle of gaming friends we have a 'no pre-order' rule now after being stung so many times so this is very much a wait and see game for me.
From a quick skim of this game I see it can have potential, I'm assuming it's going to be a World of Tanks in space type affair with regards to the gameplay as the trading and base building has been covered elsewhere.
