Decent game for Dad + 8yr old daughter to play during hols?
Discussion
Chaps,
Looking for suggestions on a decent Xbox game that I can play with my 8-yr old daughter during the holidays, doesn't need to be free but needs to be something she'll enjoy and is age-appropriate (so no blood-and-guts shootemups!)
We played Joyride Turbo together earlier this year and both enjoyed it, but it doesn't have to be a driving game, just something we can play 2-player at the same time (e.g. split-screen).
Any suggestions welcomed!

Try downloading Stardew Valley. It's only £12 but is a beautifully made game, essentially a recreation of what Harvest Moon was doing in the 'Back To Nature' glory days. You'll love it and so will your daughter. Simple to get started with, very deep and addictive once you get into it.

A board game / couloring book / craft stuff would be much more fun and involving. How about you buy some bolster wood and make a dolls house or something? Let your daughter design it on paper / using Lego and then let her help you build it.
Just a thought.
A nice thought, however it's her mum that is the artistic/creative one, I am the bodger of the household!Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestions folks, appreciate it. My daughter has helped me build a couple of the larger Lego Technic kits in the past, and I seem to recall we did have some sort of Lego game for the Xbox that was a short demo version only so that could be a good shout to buy the full version.
motocross madness gets hours of family entertainment as does that one by Ubisoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-GB/store/p/Trials-Fus...
Some great x360 games still available via the arcade too.
